This Karate tournament was held in Los Angeles California on January 31, 2010. No need of CSAC/CAMO regulation. Pankration which uses gloves with controlled strikes and no head shots permitted is considered full contact. I just can’t see the whole picture here.

In 2006 Antonio McKee fought in a CSAC sanctioned event. The CSAC gets a bond from promoter to cover all fighters purses. Antonio went to a CSAC meeting in October which I was there also and requested to get paid to the Commission where six are appointed by the Governor, one by the Senate rules committee, and one by the speaker of the assembly. When he addressed them they said contact Dave Telephone Thorton and he will take care of this matter. I heard them say this. Well Antonio McKee called me and said Dave Thorton was playing MIA. Finally he got in touch with him and asked him about his pay. Dave said Chalk it up as a loss. This is so wrong the CSAC is getting money to cover the fighters pay and don’t pay them. There is no concern for the fighter. I also talked to another fighter from Antonios gym that wasn’t paid either. He had to get an attorney to get paid. Was promissed it two weeks ago but still hasn’t received it. His attorney told him to contact Gil Deluna of the CSAC. Fighters now have to get attorneys to get paid if they can’t afford them they have to chalk it up as a loss. Sometimes the attorney fees are more than the fighters purse so they don’t bother. I was at CSAC meeting in October when the CSAC told Antonio to contact Dave Thorton of the CSAC to get paid. He fought at a CSAC sanctioned fight and was not ever paid. Dave Thorton told Antonio McKee to chalk it up as a lost. Where is the money and bond the promoter paid. The CSAC is suppose to be there for the Health and Welfare of the fighter. What a joke of a commission tellling him to chalk it up as a lost.. Was the money found in Armando Garcias cabinet the money Antonio was suppose to be paid with.

Here is a injunction where Fraud expert Deputy Attorney General Earl Plowman made new laws at will saying submission is full contact. Now we have inspectors for CAMO/CSAC making false allegations about Pankration tournaments. When is this corrupt commission going to get cleaned up.

Read his changed laws and then the real laws.

Read these laws S18627 paragraph a and c. See if you can figure out where Earl Plowman changed the law on pages 3 and 4, paragraph 4 and 5, so a judge will grant a judgement.

CAMO is false advertising on there web site http://www.camo-mma.org concerning pankration. They do not have full control over pankration. Even CSAC Dave Thorton says that you can go through the CSAC for Pankration. We all know by now that Pankration is not full contact and you don’t have to. Here is what CAMO says on there web site.

The management staff of the California State Athletic Commission has meet with representatives of the Department of Consumer Affairs Legal Office regarding the regulation of Pankration in California. Pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 18627(a) and 18627(c) Pankration is considered “full contact” (full and unrestrained contact even though there are allegedly no strikes to the head) martial arts and as such must be regulated in California. Amateur Pankration will be regulated by CAMO (or obtain an amateur promoter’s license from CSAC) and professional Pankration by the CSAC.
